Our ‘Strengths for Life’ program teaches participants a variety of exercises that can be performed at home, helping them to build strength, improve mobility, and maintain a sense of independence. In addition, we offer cultural cooking classes, such as Cambodian cooking, where participants can learn new culinary skills, share traditions, and enjoy the benefits of social interaction. Dancing classes offer an opportunity to engage in fun and therapeutic movement, while our self-defence classes provide practical skills to help individuals feel safer and more confident in their daily lives.
